Payment

Following successful online payment a confirmation email will be sent to the customer email address provided. Goods will only be despatched upon confirmation of receipt of payment.

Delivery

AsdruMark aim to deliver orders in 5-7 working days Standard Delivery (1st Class Recorded Delivery sent via Royal Mail). Any orders received after 2.30pm will be processed the following working day. 

Express UK Delivery is available for an additional charge and is guaranteed within 48 hours (not including weekends). In the event of an item being out of stock please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Returns

All Unico products are quality control checked before leaving the factory but in the eventually of any item being anything less than perfect the item will be replaced. Underwear may not be returned except in the case of manufacturers defects. In this case we will replace damaged or irregular items as soon as possible.

AsdruMark will extend a credit for returned merchandise towards another purchase for items accepted for return. In the case of manufacturers defects the customer can request a refund or exchange for other items. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact and returned within two weeks of receipt of merchandise. AsdruMark will not be responsible for any costs of returning damaged items to AsdruMark.

Sale items are only eligible for exchange or refund if there is a manufacturing defect with the product. AsdruMark will not exchange or refund sale items for any other reason.

Claims

Errors in orders should be identified to AsdruMark within 10 working days of receipt of goods. Claims made after 10 working days may not be honoured.

AsdruMark Gift Vouchers

AsdruMark gift vouchers can be used online or by quoting voucher code during telephone order. AsdruMark vouchers are the property of AsdruMark Limited, have no cash redemption value, are not for resale or publication and are valid only against the purchase of goods from asdrumark.co.uk. Vouchers can only be used once and can be exchanged for goods equivalent to their face value or a higher value on payment of the difference.

Any personal information collected by AsdruMark from its customers will be treated with the strictest confidence and will be used by AsdruMark employees only to inform customers of forth-coming AsdruMark products and promotions.

Under no circumstances will customer information be passed or sold to third-party persons or organisations to be used for marketing purposes.
